The current catastrophe demands, a quick transformation to a whole new way of thinking and bringing everybody on board with the technology adaptation. Many do appreciate the advantages of this transformation and are making substantial progress, but a lot many continue to struggle with cultural, technological and market focused changes. The change is just not about, the application of technology or a drive to modernise the IT division of the business, but it is about, a complete business transformation, a whole new way of converting the workforce in line with the objectives of running a new age business. 3.  we will witness the collapse of retail \/ high street in coming years and the move to everything online e-commerce. This is likely to change the retail business model in few years. Online everything will lead to leaner supply chains and a decline in supply vehicle use, and, an direct correlated drop in demand for hydrocarbons<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.  a shift toward a younger workforce replacing the older lot, particularly in the government owned companies. The younger healthier workforce are likely to adapt technology faster and be generally more tougher in crises and cost effective<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.  virtual classrooms, online examinations with online degrees will become acceptable norms and further flatten physical infrastructure needs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.  we will see continued growth in the online knowledge economy, including occupations such as programmers, data scientist, doctors, pharmacists, architects, engineers, design specialists, investment advisors, lawyers, and academics<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.  with 4G and evolution in smartphones, we will see surge in online money transactions, mobile banking, thereby, further diminishing requirement for bank branches and workforce. At the same time, there will also be increased demand for Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the service sector, again replacing vulnerable human operators where ever possible<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Intelligent Automation (IA) will dramatically improve productivity, assisting HR teams by eliminating mundane workflow tasks and ultimately accelerating the hiring process<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9.  smartphones, smartwatches and office digitalisation will help in being more productive – it will assist to organise office & personal activities, track health records and alert you or your employees before any critically high risk scenarios. The big data will be used to keep track on employees, elderly, students and disabled<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. the demand for robotics and automation in manufacturing will double as economies will now look to closer to home for essential product manufacturing and stimulate a return of low cost domestic manufacturing industry rather than being depended on a single country manufacturing for the whole world<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The urgency as the choice to change has been taken away from us by this pandemic. However, there is no doubt that the world has been fundamentally reconfigured. There is no other option, we need to reboot and reconsider the purpose of life and move on with this reality faster than ever. In next few years, leaders will essentially have to update their mindset, systems, working practices and policies to accommodate this transformation to greater virtual and flexible working norms.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n
